Even if you like the respective house and you think about buying it, you should avoid doing businesses with those types of agents. Don’t worry, as a good agent is able to find a great option, in a transparent environment. Moreover, a good relationship with a professional agent could be fruitful in the future, whenever one of your friends and relatives needs those kinds of services.
